First goto eyefly.video and enter your code, you should now see your video. Then -
Windows
1. Right click with your mouse or trackpad on the video (or push CTRL+S).
2. Left click "Save video as."
3. Select where you want to save it and a name.
Macintosh
1. Right click (CTRL+Click) with your mouse or trackpad on the video.
2. Left click "Download video as."
3. Select where you want to save it and a name.
Android
1. Click the link "Try the regular player" below the video.
2. Long press on the video to open the menu.
3. Press "Download video."
You have entered your code at eyefly.video but you get the message ‘sorry this video has not uploaded yet’.
Just be a bit patient, the operators internet must be slow or affected and your video still has not uploaded to Amazon our partner data centre. If the problem persists 24 hours after your adventure please email us at hello@eye-fly.co stating which company the video was taken with, which date it was filmed, and your name and the code you are entering. We will help you get to it.
You have entered your code at eyefly.video and your message says "sorry this code is not recognised."
Please check and make sure you have entered the code correct. Common errors are entering a U for a V, or an I for a 1. The codes are not case sensitive.
If you are still having problems please email us at hello@eye-fly.co stating which company the video was taken with, which date it was filmed, your name and the code you are entering. We will help you find it.
